When I emailed with questions, Joe was very responsive and helpful figuring out what rail we needed. When we ordered, he swapped out the side mount for the regular mount at no additional cost. We ordered on a Monday and had the rail on Wednesday. It was easy to install (be advised there might be some cutting involved–not difficult, but the right tools are required )and looks great. The quality is very good–the rail has a nice solid feel to it.
