I am very impressed by both the product and the service of DIY handrails. Joe made me a couple of mockups in one day I was able to give to my contractor. The rails arrived promptly and are well made and solid. There was just about any kind of hardware that could be needed included that could be needed. My contractor was able to put them up with ease.
One of the rails was damaged in shipping. Joe sent me a replacement the day I contacted him, at no charge. I highly recommend DIY handrails!
